Job Description for Finance & Accounts Position
Process daily bank statements, enter cash receipts to debtor accounts.
Allocate payments and update accounts receivable ledger by customer.
Control Unapplied payments listing and make sure it is cleared daily.
Check Aging report and control customers’ arrears about Credit Limit and Overdue Amounts.
Obtain and email invoice copies for customers, based on requested.
Deal with customers for any issues related to monthly statements of accounts.
Resolve daily inquiries from customers: disputed invoices, split invoices or other relevant requests.
Support team during month-end process and on quarterly/yearly audit periods.
Assists with related matters, as required, such as account invoicing and accounts payable issues.
Job Description for Sales Position
Setting up target and business plan for individual customer, industry and trade lane
Weekly Sales visit plan and sales report
Acquire new customers through individual prospecting actions
Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio
Promote the new commercial offers
Advise customers on the transport offers according to their needs and offer the most adapted solution
Generate sales leads information to the overseas MGH network & partners.
Global network development
Coordination with Customer Sales Support team.
Customer relationship building with key clients and coordination with Customer Relationship Management
Drafting commercial contracts according to the local regulations & company policy
Monitor the creditworthiness of customers/ prospects
Maintain Sales KPIs
Job Description for Supply Chain Position
To ensure that clear and correct details are received from customer at booking stage.
To communicate with MGH network and local customers to ensure all cargo are properly arranged in line with SOP, customer’s requirements, carriers, local authorities.
To ensure that all cargo been released / delivered on time without incurring extra charges.
To ensure proper follow-up regarding consignments.
To ensure that all shipping advice, debit note, cost details are done timely and accurately.
To ensure all shipments handled as per compliance and company policy
To ensure all tasks completed within stipulated time frame
Maintaining proper documentation for filing purpose as per ISO
Take rotation once needed as per management request.
Graduate from any Reputed University
